Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our Abu-Dhabi office. The ideal candidate should possess 3 years of previous office experience and be ready to take on a wide variety of tasks. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.
Job Duties:
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team. This includes but is not limited to answering phones, handling correspondence, managing appointments and travel arrangements, ordering office supplies, preparing reports, filing documents, data entry in the system and other clerical tasks as assigned. In addition, the Office Assistant will provide general support to the other staff members as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• 3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Detail orientated and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• A friendly attitude with good customer service skills
Salary: 1300 AED
