Qualifications:
-Previous experience as an excavator operator is preferred but not required
-Ability to operate excavating machinery safely and effectively with attention to detail
-Ability to read and interpret project plans/drawings accurately
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
