We are looking for an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be accountable for the overall management of housekeeping operations, including the supervision of staff, overseeing cleanliness standards and ensuring all safety regulations are followed.

The Housekeeping Manager must possess excellent organizational skills and have the ability to multitask and prioritize their workload. Attention to detail, good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach are essential. The successful candidate should also demonstrate sound knowledge of health and safety regulations in a hospitality setting.

The primary responsibilities of the Housekeeping Manager include organizing daily work schedules for housekeeping staff, inspecting the condition of guest rooms, supervising cleaning operations such as vacuuming, dusting and polishing, ensuring all safety protocols are observed at all times, providing training to new staff members, organizing inventory of supplies and equipment, reporting maintenance issues to management, responding to guests' complaints quickly and efficiently, among other duties.
