Office Clerk - Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 900 AED/Month
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Clerk in Abu-Dhabi. Job Responsibilities:
• Answer phones and provide customer service.
• File paperwork and maintain records accurately.
• Prepare documents such as letters, memos, agendas, reports, etc., as required.
• Monitor office supplies inventory and order supplies when needed.
• Assist with scheduling meetings and other administrative tasks as requested.
• Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Desired Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good organizational skills with great attention to detail.
