Office Clerk - Abu-Dhabi

Salary: 900 AED/Month

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Clerk in Abu-Dhabi. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance and vacation time. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds including immigrants who have no prior experience in the field.

Job Responsibilities:
β€’ Answer phones and provide customer service.
β€’ File paperwork and maintain records accurately.
β€’ Prepare documents such as letters, memos, agendas, reports, etc., as required.
β€’ Monitor office supplies inventory and order supplies when needed.
β€’ Assist with scheduling meetings and other administrative tasks as requested.
β€’ Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

Desired Qualifications:
β€’ High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred but not required.
β€’ Excellent customer service skills with strong interpersonal skills.
β€’ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
β€’ Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
β€’ Good organizational skills with great attention to detail.
