Office Clerk - Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 900 AED/Month
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Clerk in Abu-Dhabi. Job Responsibilities:
β’ Answer phones and provide customer service.
β’ File paperwork and maintain records accurately.
β’ Prepare documents such as letters, memos, agendas, reports, etc., as required.
β’ Monitor office supplies inventory and order supplies when needed.
β’ Assist with scheduling meetings and other administrative tasks as requested.
β’ Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Desired Qualifications:
β’ High school diploma or equivalent required; Associateβs degree preferred but not required.
β’ Excellent customer service skills with strong interpersonal skills.
β’ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
β’ Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
β’ Good organizational skills with great attention to detail.
