Job Summary:
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions of our organization. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000 AED per month. We are open to considering immigrants for this role.
Needs for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should be highly organized and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They should have proficient computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Office software, as well as the ability to learn new computer applications quickly. They should also have the ability to work independently, multitask effectively, take initiative, and prioritize their workload.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
• Prior experience working in an office environment is preferred but not required
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to learn new software applications quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
• Overseeing general office operations such as purchasing supplies and equipment, maintaining office records, managing correspondence, filing documents, and handling mail
• Handling incoming telephone calls and routing them appropriately
• Scheduling meetings and appointments as requested
• Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
• Assisting with special projects as needed
