We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We are offering a salary of 1400 and we are open to considering an immigrant for this role.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, as well as excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, such as providing administrative support to other staff members, handling customer inquiries, scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining office records, ordering supplies and materials, and organizing office events.
The successful candidate must be computer savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills. They should also possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with staff members at all levels.
