Required Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Experience with office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work output
• Problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English (preferred but not required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferred but not required)
Job Description:
As the Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team. Your duties will include greeting visitors, managing incoming calls and emails, organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, preparing documents, maintaining records and filing systems, coordinating travel arrangements, ordering office supplies, and providing general office support as needed. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all visitors sign in upon arrival at the office. In addition to these duties you may be asked to perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
