Job Summary
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai and oversee all operations of the restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including creating a pleasant dining environment for customers, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing profits, and maintaining operational standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600 AED per month. We are open to considering candidates from overseas.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations
• Ensure employees adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
• Develop weekly schedules to meet staffing needs
• Train and supervise staff on proper food preparation techniques
• Monitor food quality standards during service
• Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and complaints
• Ensure that the restaurant is always clean and tidy
• Foster strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality ingredients at competitive prices
• Plan menus by consulting with chefs; estimating food costs; ordering supplies; monitoring kitchen staff performance
• Supervise inventory management procedures such as stocktaking, ordering supplies etc.
• Monitor budget adherence and set financial goals for the restaurant
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
• Proven experience working as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate staff
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Knowledge of business principles related to finance, human resources, marketing etc.
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
