We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, and should be able to perform the following duties:
• Greet visitors, answer and direct incoming phone calls, and take messages
• Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and stored away correctly
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Provide administrative support to employees such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents
• Handle reservations for travel arrangements
• Assist with organizational tasks such as coordinating meetings, organizing files, etc.
• Create reports using Microsoft Excel or other software programs
• Maintain office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, etc.
• Manage office inventory and order supplies when necessary.
The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) along with the ability to multitask efficiently. A positive attitude is a must for this role! We are ready to consider foreign candidates for this position with a salary of 1500 AED per month.
