Office assistant job in Dibba-El-Fujairah UAE for Indian
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, a solid work ethic, and the ability to work under pressure. This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. The salary for this position is 1300.
This role requires the successful candidate to manage day-to-day office operations, provide administrative support, and ensure that all office tasks are completed efficiently and on time. The Office Assistant will be expected to answer phone calls, greet visitors, schedule appointments, and maintain records of all office activities. Additionally, they will be responsible for data entry, filing documents, ordering supplies, preparing reports, handling mailings and other clerical duties as needed.
The ideal candidate should have experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as basic knowledge of office equipment such as printers and copiers. They should also have strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively handle customer inquiries and questions in a courteous manner.
