We are looking for a qualified and experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. Job Description:
The Secretary is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the team including typing, filing, organizing meetings, handling telephone calls and emails, preparing reports, managing schedules, etc. The successful candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support including typing letters, reports, memos and other documents
• Handle incoming calls and emails
• Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
• Maintain filing systems
• Monitor office supplies inventory
• Assist with travel arrangements as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a secretary or executive assistant
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Other Requirements:
• Must be able to work flexible hours if needed
• Must have reliable transportation to commute between offices/sites
• We are willing to consider an immigrant
Salary: 1500 AED per month.
