We are a growing organization based in Abu-Dhabi that is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Secretary to join our team. We offer a competitive salary of 1400, and we are willing to consider applicants from abroad.
As a Secretary with us, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team. This includes coordinating meetings and appointments, managing documents and correspondence, preparing reports, filing paperwork, and taking minutes during meetings. You will also be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, responding to emails and other inquiries as necessary.
To be successful in this role you must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as proven experience in an administrative position. You should also possess exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred as well as knowledge of basic office procedures and protocols.
