Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative assistance to office staff including photocopying, filing, faxing, etc.
• Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Manage the reception area – greet visitors and offer refreshments
• Monitor office supplies, order items as needed
• Assist with travel arrangements for staff members
• Coordinate meetings and events as requested by management
• Maintain office records such as personnel files; inventory lists; etc.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Office applications • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
