Administrative assistant job in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the team.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus.
• Immigrant status is an advantage.

Salary: 1800 AED per month
