Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Bank Teller to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality customer service and accurately performing financial transactions. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and ensure their needs are met in a timely manner
• Answer inquiries regarding account balances, bank services, fees, deposits and withdrawals
• Process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other payments accurately
• Assist customers with the completion of banking forms such as loan applications or online banking set up
• Ensure compliance with bank security policies
• Balance the daily cash drawer while adhering to the bank's cash control policies
• Ensure that all customer interactions are professional and courteous
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of all customer transactions

Job Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent qualifications
• At least 3 years’ experience working as a Bank teller
• Good knowledge of banking operations and procedures
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to remain professional under pressure

Salary & Benefits: The selected candidate will receive a salary of 1100 AED per month.
