We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, be able to lead and motivate a team, and be able to provide high-quality customer service.

The primary responsibilities of the Housekeeping Manager include overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all rooms are kept in perfect condition, and making sure that they meet the highest standards of cleanliness. The Housekeeping Manager will also be responsible for planning and scheduling staff work hours, managing budgeting and inventory control, monitoring staff performance, and providing training where necessary. They will need to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as other rules and regulations related to housekeeping services.

This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, an eye for detail, multitasking capabilities, time management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
