We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager for a role based in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 1000 and the possibility to immigrate if needed.

The successful applicant should have a minimum 1 year’s experience in housekeeping or an equivalent managerial role.

The responsibilities of the Housekeeping Manager include, but are not limited to, developing and implementing housekeeping standards and procedures, monitoring staff performance, training employees, ensuring quality service to guests, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, managing budgets and maintaining inventory records. Additionally, they will monitor compliance with safety regulations and ensure that facilities are properly sanitized and hygienic.

The ideal candidate should be organized with excellent time management skills. They must also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members from different backgrounds.
