Job Summary

We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the construction projects from start to finish. You will be in charge of managing the budget, timeline, and resources of various projects. You should have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills as well as experience in the field of construction. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this job with a salary of 1200 per month.

Job Responsibilities
• Oversee all stages of construction projects from start to finish
• Manage the budget, timeline, resources, and quality assurance of each project
• Coordinate with stakeholders such as clients, architects, subcontractors and other personnel involved in the construction process
• Ensure that safety protocols are followed on site throughout each phase of the project
• Monitor progress against timelines and budgets
• Report regularly on progress updates to upper management

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is required
• Previous experience working in construction is highly desirable but we are ready to consider an immigrant with no experience for this role
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work well under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
