Position: Office Administrator
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1500 AED/Month
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be able to provide administrative support to the office team, and will be able to manage a variety of tasks in an efficient manner.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet and direct visitors
- Manage incoming/outgoing calls
- Coordinate office activities, including scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, etc.
- Ensure the office is maintained in a neat and organized fashion.
- Handle mail sorting and distribution.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an Office Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
