Position: Secretary
Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1700 AED/month
We are looking for an experienced, organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support, as well as receptionist duties.
The key responsibilities of the Secretary include but are not limited to:
• Providing efficient administrative support to the Management Team
• Managing both incoming and outgoing calls and emails
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Preparing documents such as reports, letters and presentations
• Providing general office support including filing, photocopying and scanning documents
To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English (oral and written). Furthermore, the individual should have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role with good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this position.
