Secretary vacancy in Doha Qatar
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and performing clerical functions to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, and have the capacity to multi-task while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
The successful applicant should have a minimum of 1 year experience in the field, but we are willing to consider a foreigner with no work experience.
Responsibilities include responding promptly to requests from clients, managing incoming emails, filing documents, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing presentations and other documents as requested by management, preparing and sending out invoices, ordering supplies as needed, maintaining records of office expenses and overseeing the reception area.
The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate qualities like exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail and accuracy, strong organizational skills, excellent problem-solving abilities and an ability to work with minimal supervision.
