Job Description for Secretary in Doha
We are seeking an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and be willing to work with us on a full-time basis. The successful candidate must be organized, reliable, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner
• Manage office supplies, stationery, and other materials
• Assist with the preparation of documents, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.
• Arrange meetings or conference calls with internal and external stakeholders
• Handle confidential information appropriately
• Perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience as a Secretary or similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Salary: 1200 QAR per month. We are open to foreign candidates.
