Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the product range in our stores, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Job Duties
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits of products in stores
• Monitor stock levels and replenish inventory as needed
• Create promotional displays and special offers to attract new customers
• Monitor store performance and adjust product lines accordingly
• Negotiate terms with vendors and suppliers to maintain a competitive product range
• Provide feedback on product performance to management teams in order to optimize sales
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a merchandiser or relevant role
• In-depth knowledge of the retail industry
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
