Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimal work experience required
- Proven track record in sales/customer service roles preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to build effective relationships with customers
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast paced environment

Job Responsibilities:
The Salesman will be responsible for the following duties: - Greeting customers in a friendly manner and helping them find what they need - Ensuring accurate product pricing, upselling products when appropriate - Processing sales transactions accurately using cash registers or POS systems - Answering customer inquiries about products, prices, availability etc. - Assisting with stock management such as tracking stock levels, restocking shelves etc. - Maintaining a clean, organized store environment at all times - Meeting monthly sales targets set by management
