Executive Chef
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Haur-Fakkan. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, menu planning, and staff management. You will be expected to ensure that all meals are of the highest quality and meet customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing new recipes and menus with a focus on healthy ingredients
• Supervising kitchen staff and providing guidance when necessary
• Ensuring that all food is prepared safely and hygienically
• Working within budget constraints while ensuring high quality standards
• Maintaining an accurate inventory of supplies and ordering additional items as needed
• Scheduling shifts for kitchen staff
• Resolving any customer complaints related to food or service in a professional manner
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years experience in a professional kitchen management role
• Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred
• Excellent cooking skills with knowledge of cooking techniques for various cuisines
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
• Outstanding leadership skills with a commitment to motivating staff members to reach their full potential
