Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team in a variety of tasks including answering phones, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and more. The ideal candidate should be organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills. We are ready to consider a foreigner with minimal work experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls from customers or other departments
• Manage calendars including scheduling meetings, appointments and other events
• Prepare documents such as memos, letters and reports according to established procedures
• Greet customers/visitors in a professional manner
• Assist with basic office tasks such as filing and photocopying
• Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies
• Maintain office records including filing systems
• Monitor the use of equipment and report any malfunctions
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification • Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.) • Outstanding organizational skills • Good verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask effectively
