Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team in a variety of tasks including answering phones, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and more. The ideal candidate should be organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills. We are ready to consider a foreigner with minimal work experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
β’ Answer incoming calls from customers or other departments
β’ Manage calendars including scheduling meetings, appointments and other events
β’ Prepare documents such as memos, letters and reports according to established procedures
β’ Greet customers/visitors in a professional manner
β’ Assist with basic office tasks such as filing and photocopying
β’ Ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies
β’ Maintain office records including filing systems
β’ Monitor the use of equipment and report any malfunctions
Requirements:
β’ High school diploma or equivalent qualification β’ Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant β’ Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.) β’ Outstanding organizational skills β’ Good verbal and written communication skills β’ Ability to multitask effectively
