Office assistant job in Abu-Dhabi UAE for unskilled workers
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must be a highly organized individual, with strong multitasking skills and an eye for detail. The role includes a variety of tasks, such as filing, typing, photocopying and data entry. Additionally, the Office Assistant must be comfortable interacting with customers, staff and other departments.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be expected to handle phone calls and emails from clients in a professional manner. This role also requires proficiency in Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Those applying for this role must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team; also being able to take initiative when needed. The successful applicant will have knowledge of administrative procedures and basic office equipment.
The salary is 1000 AED per month and we are happy to consider candidates from abroad who can demonstrate that they possess all the required qualities for this role.
