Administrative Assistant – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant in Abu Dhabi with a salary of 1200. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and time management skills. We are willing to consider an immigrant for the position.
The role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support to the team, and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing calendars, scheduling meetings, taking minutes during meetings, making travel arrangements, handling incoming calls, responding to emails, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating events and activities, maintaining databases, filing documents, and other related duties as required.
The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint; be able to work independently with minimal supervision; possess strong organizational skills; have problem-solving abilities; be proactive; and demonstrate good interpersonal skills. We are open to hiring individuals with no prior experience for this role.
