Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager for a full-time position in Abu Dhabi, with a salary of 1700 AED/month. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of prior experience in a similar role.

The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations within the office and acting as a liaison between the organization staff, clients, and other external parties. The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all office activities including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, handling correspondence, preparing reports and documents
• Supervise administrative staff; assign tasks and review performance
• Oversee daily operational activities such as filing systems, inventory tracking, procurement management etc.
• Ensure smooth running of IT systems such as telephones, internet access, printers etc.
• Manage office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
• Handle external requests and queries from customers or suppliers
• Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure office furniture and equipment are serviced properly
• Plan company events or outings.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; additional qualifications are preferred
• At least 2 years of prior experience in a similar role is required
• Hands-on experience with office administration procedures is essential
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written); ability to interact with all levels of personnel within the organization
• Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision making skills; ability to work independently without supervision
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) is required
