We are looking for a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Abu-Dhabi. Our ideal candidate should be an energetic and enthusiastic professional with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Description:
The Recruiter will be responsible for the recruitment process from start to finish. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, selecting suitable candidates, negotiating salaries and job offers. The Recruiter will also provide support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred but not required
• Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting experience
• Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes, policies, procedures, laws and regulations
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
