Housekeeping Manager – Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a highly experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have experience in managing housekeeping operations for a large hotel. The salary for this role is 1600 AED per month and we are ready to consider a foreigner for the role.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage all housekeeping operations within the hotel including daily room inspections, staff scheduling, stock control and inventory management
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of all hotel areas at all times
• Monitor staff performance and ensure they adhere to safety protocols
• Develop training plans for new staff members and supervise their progress

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in hospitality or related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in managing housekeeping operations within a hotel or similar establishment

Other Requirements:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
