Job Summary:

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least two years of experience in an administrative role.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Create reports and documents as requested by management team.
• Maintain filing system for all documents related to the department's activities.
• Assist other departments with administrative tasks as required.
• Oversee daily operations of the office and ensure smooth running of activities.
• Liaise with other departments to coordinate administrative activities across the organization.
• Manage databases and update records on regular basis.
