Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1300 AED/Month
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and be ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage office supplies and equipment, coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that office needs are met
• Serve as a liaison between the organization and customers, vendors, etc., responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Ensure office operations run smoothly by scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, handling correspondence, organizing filing systems, etc.
• Maintain records of personnel-related data (payrolls, performance evaluations, etc.)
• Assist with budgeting/planning activities related to the office operations
Requirements:
• Proven 1+ years of experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
• Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and general computer literacy
• Ability to multitask efficiently and work under pressure
• Excellent customer service attitude and professional demeanor
