Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1300 AED/Month
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and be ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage office supplies and equipment, coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that office needs are met
β’ Serve as a liaison between the organization and customers, vendors, etc., responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
β’ Ensure office operations run smoothly by scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, handling correspondence, organizing filing systems, etc.
β’ Maintain records of personnel-related data (payrolls, performance evaluations, etc.)
β’ Assist with budgeting/planning activities related to the office operations
Requirements:
β’ Proven 1+ years of experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
β’ Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
β’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
β’ Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and general computer literacy
β’ Ability to multitask efficiently and work under pressure
β’ Excellent customer service attitude and professional demeanor
