Job Description
The Office Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling basic office duties such as filing, sorting and distributing mail, answering phones, managing calendars, setting up meetings, ordering supplies, and other related tasks. Additionally, the Office Administrator will provide support to the HR department by scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding new hires.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• At least one year of experience in an administrative role
