We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai! This position is responsible for managing the overall operations of our restaurant. This includes overseeing staff, customer service, marketing and promotions, ordering supplies, and ensuring all safety and health regulations are met.

The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and be able to manage and motivate staff. They should also have excellent problem-solving skills, an eye for detail and be able to handle conflict resolution swiftly. They should also be able to communicate effectively with customers and staff alike.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, the ability to analyze data and reports, as well as effective organizational skills in order to stay on top of tasks. The ability to multitask is essential, as well as being available during the day or night shifts when needed.

This position comes with a salary of 1500 AED/month plus benefits such as free meals while on duty. We are open to considering foreigners for this post so no prior experience is necessary. However, prior experience in hospitality or restaurant management would be an advantage.
