Office Assistant Job in Sharjah

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will need to be well organized and able to multi-task, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and answer phone calls
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers
• Ensure proper documentation of letters, memos, faxes, reports, etc.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, etc.
• Maintain office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners etc.
• Arrange travel bookings for staff members as per their requirements
• Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for staff members
• Prepare meeting minutes and other documents as required
• Assist with data analysis projects when needed

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to communicate clearly in English both verbally and written
