Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a Secretary and be willing to relocate to Abu-Dhabi.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling incoming and outgoing communication, organizing files and documents, preparing reports and correspondence, filing documents, answering phones and emails, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment and facilities, and performing other tasks as assigned.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills (verbal & written), superior organizational skills with attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills with a professional attitude and appearance. The successful candidate should also be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) as well as any other software programs related to the role.
