Position: Secretary
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1600 AED
We are looking for an experienced and organized Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This role requires excellent communication, problem solving, and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and be willing to take on a variety of administrative tasks. We are ready to consider foreign applicants for this role.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative operations such as filing, photocopying, and invoicing
• Receive visitors and answer phone calls in a professional manner
• Schedule meetings and appointments for senior staff members
• Prepare letters, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents as required by the team
• Track deadlines and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Liaise with internal staff members or external contacts as necessary
• Perform additional tasks as requested by management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
