Position: Secretary
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1600 AED
We are looking for an experienced and organized Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This role requires excellent communication, problem solving, and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and be willing to take on a variety of administrative tasks. We are ready to consider foreign applicants for this role.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage daily administrative operations such as filing, photocopying, and invoicing
β’ Receive visitors and answer phone calls in a professional manner
β’ Schedule meetings and appointments for senior staff members
β’ Prepare letters, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents as required by the team
β’ Track deadlines and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
β’ Handle confidential information with discretion
β’ Liaise with internal staff members or external contacts as necessary
β’ Perform additional tasks as requested by management
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field
β’ At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
β’ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
β’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
