Office assistant job in Abu-Dhabi UAE for unskilled worker
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Office Assistant to join our company in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and adhere to tight deadlines.
The successful applicant will be expected to manage the day-to-day operations of the office, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing documents, handling mail, and maintaining a neat and tidy workspace. Additionally, they will provide support to other departments by preparing reports, taking notes, drafting letters/emails, and managing databases.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field;
• Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and online applications (e.g. Google Drive);
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Reliable with a keen eye for detail;
• Willingness to learn new technologies;
• Flexibility in working hours when needed;
• Immigrant status is accepted.
