Administrative assistant job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to leaders and other staff members in the organization. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing administrative support, including scheduling, organizing meetings, taking notes, preparing documents, and managing office supplies
• Maintaining accurate records of all correspondence with clients or partners
• Drafting memos, reports, emails and other documents as needed
• Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries from both internal and external customers
• Assisting with travel arrangements for staff members
• Liaising with suppliers to ensure all office needs are met on time
• Assisting in any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or related software programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Arabic (preferred)
• Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously without losing focus.
Salary: 900 AED/ Month (negotiable for the right candidate). We are ready to consider a foreigner.
