Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: 1500 AED
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. He/She should be a proactive self-starter who is able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
β’ Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
β’ Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
β’ Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
β’ Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
β’ Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
β’ Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
β’ Assist colleagues whenever necessary
β’ Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed.
Requirements:
β’ Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant or similar role
β’ Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
β’ Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, fax machines etc.
β’ Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
β’ Attention to detail and problem solving skills β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β’ Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel & MS PowerPoint) β’ Foreigner Candidates are welcome.
