Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: 1500 AED
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. He/She should be a proactive self-starter who is able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
• Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant or similar role
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers, fax machines etc.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel & MS PowerPoint) • Foreigner Candidates are welcome.
