Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The position offers a competitive salary of 1700 AED and we are open to considering immigrants for the role. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, providing support to senior staff members, and managing administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage office supplies by ensuring stock is adequately replenished
• Oversee all administrative tasks including filing systems, correspondence management and office maintenance
• Monitor front desk activities such as answering calls and emails
• Ensure that rules and regulations are followed at all times
• Coordinate with external vendors such as IT support or janitorial services
• Prepare reports and presentations when needed
• Provide support to senior staff members
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise in the office
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
