The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and hiring suitable candidates for the company. The Recruiter must have excellent communication skills, be well organized and have a strong knowledge of the local labor market.

The Recruiter should be able to effectively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and other recruitment channels; create job postings; conduct phone and in-person interviews; assess candidate qualifications; maintain accurate records; and create reports on recruitment activities.
