To be successful in this role, you must have at least 1 year of housekeeping experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role. You should be able to efficiently manage a team of housekeepers and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask.
