Job Title: Administrator
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: 1600 AED/month
We are looking for an experienced, organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and management of administrative tasks, as well as performing basic office duties.
Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and other correspondence, including filing.
• Provide administrative support to all departments within the organization.
• Prepare and update various reports on a regular basis.
• Assist with budget preparation and tracking.
• Provide customer service support when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of data and documents.
• Manage scheduling of meetings and appointments with external clients.
• Create purchase orders and track payments.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and Arabic (preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; able to take initiative when needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
