Administrator job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for a capable, experienced Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of office administration and be highly organized with excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and high standards.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Maintaining office records, filing systems, and correspondence in an orderly manner
• Preparing presentations, reports, memos, emails, and other documents as required
• Liaising with other departments and external contacts such as suppliers or customers
• Coordinating meetings and organizing travel arrangements for staff members
• Collecting data from various sources and compiling it into reports
• Assisting with project management tasks such as creating timelines or tracking progress against goals
• Answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and handling customer inquiries.
The successful candidate must have:
• Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other related software packages.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet.
This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1600 AED/month. We are willing to consider applications from immigrants who meet the criteria above.
