We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have the experience of at least one year in a similar role.
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall daily administrative operations within the company. This includes providing support to the management team and other staff members, as well as ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 1200 per month and will be eligible for additional benefits such as medical insurance, life insurance and paid vacation.
Job Requirements:
• Proven experience in an office administration role
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize different tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Job Duties:
• Handle daily administrative operations such as filing documents, answering phone calls, etc.
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Assist with scheduling appointments/ meetings/ events/ travel arrangements, etc.
• Prepare invoices and other financial documents as needed
• Assist in maintaining employee records including onboarding new staff members • Greet visitors upon arrival and provide them with necessary information/ assistance • Provide clerical support including data entry when needed
