Job Title: Secretary
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: 1600 AED/month

We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the team.

Responsibilities:
-Provide day-to-day administrative support such as managing calendars, organizing meetings, taking minutes, and scheduling appointments.
-Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
-Maintain filing systems and archives.
-Prepare documents such as reports, letters, memos, presentations, etc.
-Assist in event planning and coordination such as conferences and seminars.
-Undertake other tasks as assigned by the management team.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
-Minimum two (2) years of experience in a similar role is required.
-Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
-Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and Arabic preferred but not required.
