Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the management team, assisting with tasks such as scheduling meetings, filing documents, answering phone calls, and managing emails. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively and have experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
• Create meeting agendas and take detailed meeting minutes
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Manage incoming emails
• File documents and maintain paperless records
• Assist with project management tasks as needed
• Provide general administrative support to management team
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience as a secretary or similar role
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
