Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate must be able to teach children between the ages of 5-12 years old in a classroom setting and will have the responsibility of providing positive learning experiences that will lead to student success. The salary for this position is 1100 AED per month. We are willing to consider candidates from abroad who have no prior teaching experience.

Requirements for the Candidate
• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be patient and understanding with students of all ages
• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
• Openness to new ideas and teaching methods
Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement effective lessons that fulfill educational requirements • Develop lesson plans aligned with state standards • Monitor individual student progress throughout the school year • Develop positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and faculty • Monitor student behavior in the classroom • Maintain a safe environment conducive to learning • Attend faculty meetings as required
